Painting in a Cathedral
Henderson Custom Painting completed its restoration painting of the landmark Bryn Athyn Cathedral in Bryn Athyn, PA. Constructed in the early 20th century, this architectural masterpiece houses original stained glass from Renaissance Europe. The crew's challenges ranged from preparing masonry efflorescence from the 1930's to working around priceless works of art.
On the DIY Network
Henderson Custom Painting's work was featured on the premiere season of the Do It Yourself Network's national television show, Make A Move, hosted by Amy Wynn Pastor of Trading Spaces fame. The Henderson Custom Painting crew assisted in the exterior renovation of a Federal era Philadelphia historic home during the two-day shoot.
Painting in a Castle
Henderson Custom Painting completed its restoration painting in the historic Philly-famous landmark Glencairn Museum (the original master bedroom) in Bryn Athyn, PA. The exterior rolled steel casement windows were restored for the first time in over a half century. Basement work was also done.
